Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Monitor patients' conditions and report changes.
· Assist in patient care plan development.
· Provide emotional support to patients and families.
· Maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
· 2 years’ experience Strong communication and teamwork skills
· BLS Required
· 48 hours approved: Yes
· Compassionate and patient-centred approach
