Travel LPN Home Health – Lewes, DE
Pay Rate - Gross: $17,00/week ($1050/week Stipend $600 / week Taxed) || W2 - $15/hr. || OT - $41 hr.|
Contract Length – 12 weeks
Guaranteed Hours – 40hrs./week – Days Shift - 7:30am - 4:00pm
Location - Lewes, DE

Job Responsibilities:
- Skilled Nursing Care and Comprehensive Assessment
- Teaching, Supervision, and Counseling Clients and Caregivers
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Monitors patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goal·
- Oasis documentation
- Valid LPN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficiency in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Strong patient care and assessment skills, including catheterization and tube feeding.
- Ability to teach and provide health coaching to patients
- Familiarity with travel nursing and home health care practices.
- Provides appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments (PleurX Drain, Finger stick Coagulation checks, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, phlebotomy, Trachs, Peg Tube, Ostomies, Telehealth)
