Travel RN Psych - Egypt, TX
Gross: $1,867/week | $1,183/week Stipend | $684/week Taxed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Shift: 12x3 Days
Location: Egypt, TX
Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Administering psychotropic and similar medications.
· Monitoring adherence to non-medicinal treatment regimens.
· Removing potentially harmful and triggering environmental features.
· Restraining, consoling, and sometimes medicating highly unsettled patients.
· Recording patients' health journeys and reporting on notable alterations.
· Conducting targeted psychoeducation, particularly within families.
Qualifications:
· Valid TX State RN License or Compact state RN License is required.
· Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience is required.
· 2 years of Psych experience is required.
· BLS and CPI Certificate is required.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Compassionate and patient-centred approach
