Outside Sales Position
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales plan to achieve quotas and objectives.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the food service industry, including restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and others.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Present product line effectively, highlighting key benefits and differentiating features.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Participate in industry trade shows and events as required (travel less than 20%).
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven track record in food service sales strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary plus commission ($45,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience).
