Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts Payable department by processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and addressing vendor inquiries.
- Support the financial team with data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, organize receipts, and maintain accounting documentation.
- Collaborate with office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with additional accounting and office tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within a close-knit, family-oriented company.
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
