Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including file management and expense reporting.
- Ensure department training is tracked and completed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with various HR programs, such as benefits enrollment, performance management, and onboarding.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide backup for payroll processing.
- Assist with year-end reporting and support the VP of HR with meeting preparation.
- Update organizational charts and assist with compliance-related reports.
- Support the coordination of HR events and other HR projects.
- Bachelor's degree (or actively pursuing a degree) in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
