Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with Slate Studios Management and creative agencies to design projects within brand guidelines
- Lead multi-channel creative strategy and brand development
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications with creative agencies
- Prepare design presentations for management
- Create layouts for final production
- Assist in the creation and organization of design templates
- Conduct conceptual and visual research as required
- Manage and maintain logos, branding, and advertising design concepts
- Bachelor’s degree, specializing in graphic design or art direction
- 3 years of direct design experience within the fashion or beauty industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding and interest in current trends in fashion, beauty, design, art, music, and culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work
- Excellent typographic skills
- Efficient time management and productivity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment
