Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Location: Granville, NY
$21/hour Base Rate ($18-$20.5 $0.50 shift differential)

Job Duties:
- Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bed baths, shaving, etc.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
- Feed Residents and serve nutritional supplements
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment for Residents
- Transport Residents within the Facility
- Prevent bedsores by regularly turning bedridden Residents
- Maintain confidentiality of Resident and Facility data
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
- Good standing with State Registry
