Job Description:
- Provide personal care services, including bed baths, shaving, and other hygiene tasks, to promote resident comfort and dignity.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake, ensuring accurate records and prompt interventions when needed.
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements, meeting their dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain residents' space cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to infection control protocols and promoting a safe environment.
- Transport residents within the facility, prioritizing their safety and dignity at all times.
- Prevent bedsores by regularly turning bedridden residents, preventing pressure injuries and promoting wound healing.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data, respecting their trust and upholding our organization's reputation.
Requirements:
- Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Successful completion of a CNA program, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
