Who we are looking for : We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Assembly Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing assembly processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the manufacturing of our products. The General Assembly Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective assembly processes.
Central Midwest location in a highly desirable mid-size community. Must be willing to relocate to Slate manufacturing plant location.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Document and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Capture and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
