Who we are looking for :
Slate is looking for a Software Development Engineer II to help make our software development in the electric vehicle space successful. You will focus on defining and building our digital customer experience. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the company's direction and success and should not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. All candidates must be located in the greater metropolitan area of Seattle, WA.

- You own end-to-end code quality, system tests, functional tests, and integration.

Seattle, WA Base Salary Range - $118,398 to $147,997
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Slate reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant's years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices. In addition to base pay, Slate also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs - 401k match, annual bonus and company equity, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans, HSA / FSA.
