Job description :
Responsible for the cleaning and sterilization of dental instruments, dental tray setup, as well as the preparation / clean-up of treatment areas. Training for dental assisting if interested.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain the sterilization area to include cleaning instruments and restocking trays.
- Prepare work areas to include stocking, setting up, breaking down and cleaning as needed.
- Perform handpiece sterilization and management.
- Set up treatment areas for appointments to include paper products, disposable and designated instruments / materials as needed for procedures.
- Provide support to office personnel when primary responsibilities are completed.
- Follows all company policies and procedures paying special attention to patient care and safety.
