Logitrans is a leading Danish manufacturer of ergonomic lifting and material handling equipment. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Operations Director to lead the North American organization and drive the business forward.

What You Will Do

This role blends sales and operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic sales growth and hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for the US organization's growth overall, and have full P&L responsibility for the North American organization while overseeing a small team and meeting your sales targets. Your responsibilities include:

Sales & Account Management

  • Own and grow relationships with resellers and direct customers
  • Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
  • Collaborate with our global team to drive Logitrans’ expansion primarily through resellers and direct sales.
  • Represent Logitrans at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Oversee a small team of 3 employees and take an active part in growing the team
  • Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth business processes
  • Being the go-to leader for people management and overall office responsibility

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-On Leader – You are comfortable managing a small team while keeping the business running smoothly, including having experience with full P&L responsibility.
  • Sales-Driven & Relationship-Focused – You love connecting with people, developing business, and keeping customers happy.
  • Entrepreneurial & Proactive – You are a self-starter who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Adaptable & Culturally Fluent – You understand and have experience working in cross-cultural business and can navigate that.
  • Strong Communicator – You are outgoing, personable, and comfortable reaching out when needed.

Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits package
