We're growing and looking to add a skilled Xactimate Estimator to our dynamic team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Xactimate Estimator to inspect, scope, and estimate restoration projects using Xactimate software. You will work closely with project managers, field technicians, and insurance adjusters to ensure accurate estimates and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
· Conduct on-site inspections to assess and document damage
· Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate in line with insurance carrier guidelines
· Collaborate with project managers, adjusters, and homeowners to define scope and expectations
· Submit and track supplements with proper documentation
· Review insurance scopes and ensure proper alignment with job requirements
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and insurance reps
· Assist in budgeting, change orders, and file management as needed
Qualifications
· 2 years of experience in insurance restoration estimating
· Proficient in Xactimate (Level 2 Certification preferred)
· Strong knowledge of industry standards and insurance protocols
· Familiarity with IICRC standards (WRT, ASD, FSRT a plus)
· Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred
· Experience with Matterport, Encircle, or similar tech tools
Prior experience working with TPAs or third-party programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
