The analyst will work with and learn from a dynamic team of professionals with decades of experience in investment banking, M&A, real estate investment and development, and healthcare. The analyst will support the firm’s business development and transaction execution functions, with an opportunity to be involved in many M&A-related real estate mandates.
Responsibilities
- Valuation of real estate and businesses
- Credit analysis of tenant businesses
- Collection and analysis of financial and operating information about various companies and industries
- Comparable research on companies and properties
- Financial statement analysis
- Financial modeling
- Data gathering and analysis
- Assistance in transaction execution
- Drafting presentations, pitches and other memoranda for principals, clients and investors
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of finance and / or real estate experience
- Strong analytical skills with a comfort around numbers and financial data
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strong team player
- Proactive mindset geared to learn and grow at the company
