The diverse New Energy portfolio includes ventures in carbon capture and sequestration, energy storage, geothermal power, geoenergy for heating and cooling, sustainable battery-grade lithium, and hydrogen as an energy carrier.

SLB’s New Energy Business is seeking an enthusiastic student Intern for a 3-month internship supporting our venture and legal teams. This is a unique opportunity where you will be exposed to learning about clean energy investments and contractual engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

General support to our venture’s & legal team.

• Conduct a Legal questionnaire and report the responses to the team.
• Learn and review investment documentation and contractual documentation.
• Support with documentation closure and archiving.
• Interact with the different stakeholders internally to drive the closure of venture documentation.
• Other tasks as required by the venture analyst.
  
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration BBA or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with potential customers and build a network.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
