We are an award-winning, full service landscape company looking for a Senior-level Landscape Architect to join our design team for a full time position!
Starting salary is $125,000.00 with room for substantial growth.
The ideal candidate will have an articulate eye for design, be proficient in AutoCAD, Lumion Pro8, and Sketchup with a minimum of 10 years of direct experience designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings for site design projects.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must have a Landscape Architect
Degree.
Must be proficient in AutoCad, LumionPro8, and Sketchup.
Must have direct knowledge and experience in landscape drafting standards, practices and procedures and the ability to complete accurate drawings on schedule.
Must have knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements.
Must have knowledge of city regulations and experience preparing permits.
Must be able to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision.
Must be able to to learn company design standards.
Must be able to prepare construction documents.
Criminal background and drug test required
