As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residential clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting monthly assessments
- Maintaining communication with the client's support team
- Ensuring appropriate staff supervision and delegation
- Documenting all activities and changes in client health status

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and well-being of residential clients through monthly assessments
- Maintain clear communication with client support teams and agency management
- Ensure proper staff supervision, delegation, and specialized instruction
- Document client assessments, changes in health status, and nursing activities
- Complete required training and certifications, such as AIMS, HRST, and Level 1 Med Aide Instructor
- Assist in responding to nursing reviews and mortality reviews
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Advocate for the individuals we serve
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of Missouri
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
- Current Missouri license as RN
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and relate positively to clients, families, and medical professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude when working with others
