Job Description:
As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of SleekCare Spa, ensuring top-quality service, and leading a dedicated team of estheticians and support staff. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, promoting spa services, and ensuring that the spa environment is welcoming and professionally maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure all services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the spa team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention, membership sign-ups, and overall revenue growth.
- Monitor operational performance, including membership, rebooking rate , package sales, product sales,
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and promote a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and track their success.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional spa environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional service to clients and motivating the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role in the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, industry trends, and best practices.
- Experience in performance management, including budgeting and tracking revenue.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Previous experience with scheduling, payroll, and managing a team is a plus.
