Your Role: Front Office Team Member
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for creating a warm and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Patient Experience & Customer Service:
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial policies, and center services.
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and prompt resolution.
Administrative & Office Management:
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with pre-authorizations.
- Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with financial arrangements.
- Keep the front office organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Support team members and assist in coordinating office schedules.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, referral programs, and community events.
- Prepare required materials for the morning huddle and attend daily team meetings.
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Assist in onboarding and training new front office staff.
- Support the Office Manager as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
· High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).
· Experience in a dental or medical front office is preferred but not required.
· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
· A friendly, professional, and patient-centered attitude.
· Proficiency with dental/medical software & Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of insurance verification and billing (a plus!).
· A team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
