As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients/customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients and team members at Sleep Centers of North Alabama.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients/clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient/customer information.
- Process payments, verify insurance (if applicable), and handle billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Skills
