- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
