We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed, ensuring quality finishes.
- Fabricate necessary components or tools to support maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Proficient in facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for effective maintenance management.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
