- Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously- Assist with reservations and room assignments- Process payments and maintain accurate records- Perform night audit duties as required- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk functions - Self-paced training will be provided. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
