What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance Worker position at SLEEP INN AND SUITES?
Job responsibilities include: repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of the hotel while following Company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security. looking for someone who is willing to be responsible to work on their own to fix any trouble areas that may arise within the hotel public areas and/or in the rooms.
A MUST REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF BOTH REQUIRED PLEASE
- APPLY IN PERSON ONLY BEFORE 3 PM ANY DAY
- Indoor Pool knowledge required upkeep and chemical monitoring daily a must
- Plumbing experience is a must
- Other key duties include:
- Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
- Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel
- Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program
- Report major repair needs to the Manager
