Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
