Room Attendants/Housekeepers/ laundry person

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants and laundry person to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
