What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Sleep Inn/Mainstay Suites?
We are looking for the Best of the Best in hotel operations so if you are passionate about serving others and are willing to learn come join our TEAM brand new location that opened in January.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
