Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Breakfast attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in line with hospitality standards. The position will be 3 days Housekeeping & 2 days Kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Cook, Set Up and monitor our continental breakfast, adhering to our breakfast standards and meeting guest requests.
- Make sure the dining and breakfast area is cleaned as well as trash taken out.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with cleaning our event center after events take place.
- The position will be 3 days in housekeeping, 6:30AM - 2:30PM and 2 days in the kitchen, 4AM - 12PM.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Pay
- Pay will be starting at $9 an hour. Any time worked over 40 hours per week will be paid overtime X1.5 at $13.5 per hour.
