Position: Front Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience that exceeds their expectations
- Provide expert knowledge about local attractions, restaurants, and amenities
- Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and services clearly to guests
- Utilize computer systems for accurate guest information, check-ins, and processing payments
- Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and fulfill special requests efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Identify and enroll loyalty program members
- Ensure smooth and effective operations at all times
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
