Job Title: Night Auditor (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Position Summary:
The Night Auditor plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience during overnight hours by providing outstanding customer service, handling front desk operations, and maintaining the safety and comfort of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and efficient manner during check-in and check-out.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Accurately process payments, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensure proper distribution of room keys while maintaining strict guest confidentiality and security.
- Provide general information and assistance to guests regarding hotel policies and amenities.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions and preparing necessary reports.
- Promote a positive image of the hotel at all times through professional interactions and attentive service.
- Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast area for guests.
- Monitor hotel premises and follow safety and security protocols to ensure guest well-being.
- Assist with light cleaning and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the property.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
