Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast/Laundry Attendant to join our team. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast while also managing laundry services, including cleaning and dry cleaning items as needed. A commitment to cleanliness and customer service is crucial in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
- Launder linens, towels, and other hotel items using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Perform dry cleaning tasks as required, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding breakfast offerings and laundry services.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with laundry operations, including the use of washing machines, dryers, and dry cleaning processes.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
