Front Desk Receptionist 2nd shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. This role is critical in managing the front desk operations, providing administrative support, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
• Handling the front desk hotel system
• Answering phone calls
• Providing great customer service to ensure guest are satisfied with their stay
• Checking in guest, checking out guest
• Handling reservations
• Taking care of shift checklist and hotel policies, rules. Etc.
• Keeping the hotel clean as well
• Keeping up with laundry that is split between all shifts

Experience

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• A background in customer service or personal assistant roles will be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
