Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable part-time Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is pleasant and smooth from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a prompt, courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as managing keys and processing payments
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (a plus)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and being on-call for additional shifts
