- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in guest accounts.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and emails with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Process reservations and cancellations using the hotel management system while adhering to company policies.
- Assist with billing inquiries and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.
- Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is an asset.
