We are looking for an experienced dynamic hospitality professional to operate the day-to-day business in Plesant Hill, The Hotel General Manager at Sleep Inn, will oversee all operational aspects of the hotel. This role requires a dynamic leader who can ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage hotel staff, and maintain high standards of service. The General Manager will be responsible for driving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and foster a positive work environment. Manage, train, and develop hotel staff to achieve high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of guest services and satisfaction. Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Implement standard operating procedures and maintain quality control.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, control expenses, and drive revenue growth. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to enhance the hotel's online and offline presence.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Hotel general manager experience or a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within a similar brand or property.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and control costs.
