Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure rooms are clean and meet our high standards.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to effectively clean and disinfect all areas.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Work effectively with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling guest information.
- Follow established housekeeping management systems and procedures.
- Participate in housekeeping management activities, including budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management and hospitality is required.
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining large areas.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Experience with floor care equipment and techniques.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
