We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or hotel environments. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping standards is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial.
