Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Associate to increase our clinical research studies. This role is crucial for enhancing quality studies and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, time management, organizational skills and a strong work ethic. A background in sales, with the ability to generate leads and a desire to succeed!
Duties
- Lead generation through various channels to identify potential participants and opportunities
- Be prepared by Learning details of each Study
- Make outbound calls to potential participants. Present study information; listen to understand their questions or concerns
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating clear and concise information
- Maintain potential participant relationships and follow up as appropriate
- Send email and texts to leads for contact attempts and reminders
- Report and track leads, status and details through the CTMS
- Work with the research team to appropriately enroll patients
Requirements
- Experience in sales.
- Skills in lead generation.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Willingness to be a team player and perform tasks outside of job duties as needed
- Self-Motivated
- Some college preferred.
