Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling for home sleep study patients
- Confirm and update patient appointments
- Prepare and provide appointment paperwork and details to patients
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and update databases/spreadsheets, preparing reports as needed
- Track home sleep testing devices and manage inventory
- Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as workflows evolve
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Process prescription refills and prior authorization requests
- Manage incoming calls and patient concerns, responding efficiently and professionally
- Review and update patient medications, allergies, and medical records
- Relay provider instructions and follow-up care information to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient data and report findings as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
