What We’re Looking For :

People-First Attitude : You love connecting with people and making them feel heard and valued.
Sales Rockstar : You’ve got 2-3 years of sales experience (bonus points if it’s in furniture, home styling, or health products).
Customer Service Savvy : You’re a pro at building relationships and communicating effectively.
Weekend Availability : Flexibility is key—you’ll need to work weekends, but we offer a schedule that works for you.

Your Responsibilities :

Drive Sales : Complete sales, initiate orders, and process payments with precision.

Understand Customer Needs : Build rapport and help identify current and future customer requirements.

Ensure Stock Availability : Monitor inventory and approve contracts to ensure everything’s in stock.

Maintain a Safe and Clean Store : Create a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Lead the Marketing Charge : Play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and market positioning.

Manage Inventory & Operations : Make decisions to keep stock levels optimized and sales flowing smoothly.

Analyze & Forecast : Use data to predict future sales and market trends to stay ahead of the game.

Stay in Tune with Trends : Regularly check in with customers and team members to spot emerging trends or issues.

Job Type : Full-time

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Wednesdays and Thursdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $24.00 / hour.
