Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries or reservations.
- Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest services.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
