Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Wilson NC.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies.

Skills

• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus.
