We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Franchise Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.

Skills

• Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while completing tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.
