We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and promoting resident well-being.
In this role, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- You will collect and analyze resident health data, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with the RN to implement effective interventions.
- Your expertise in developing and modifying Plans of Care will enable you to make a meaningful impact on resident outcomes.
- As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for assigning and monitoring tasks and activities of unlicensed nursing staff, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- A current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
