We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and promoting resident well-being.
As an LPN, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses and other interdisciplinary team members to:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collect and analyze resident health data, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with the RN to implement effective interventions.
- Assign and monitor nursing tasks and activities, ensuring that unlicensed staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- A current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
