Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Agent will also assist with pool maintenance and safety, making it essential to have knowledge of lifeguarding and first aid.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide lifeguard services as needed, ensuring guest safety while swimming.
- We will pay for lifeguard certification, however you will need to meet the physical requirements as set forth in the American Red Cross classes.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable; lifeguard certification is required, which we will pay for.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service.
