- Must be organized and punctual.
- Great communicator
- Able to use basic Microsoft programs
- Excellent time management to produce all event orders on time
- Understand basic fundamentals of cooking for volume, while maintaining quality at or above member and guest satisfaction
- Be proactive focusing on food trends and relevant offering
- Must work well with others, and contribute to a positive team
- Cooperate and support cooks, stewards and staff to execute production at an elevated level
- Cooperate strongly with our Executive Chef and rest of the team
