We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent math skills, including retail math for managing tabs and transactions.
• Understanding of food safety standards and food handling practices.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must possess strong communication skills and work well in a team-oriented setting.

Pay: $11.47 - $12.88 per hour
