Position Overview :
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration across departments. This on-site role requires an experienced professional with an MBA, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Shopify, Amazon Central, and Excel / Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the CEO to define, prioritize, and implement key business strategies
Operational Management : Oversee and improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency and team productivity
Platform Expertise : Manage and optimize tools including Monday.com, Shopify, Amazon Central, and Excel / Google Sheets to support operational and strategic goals
Project Management : Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met within timelines and budgets
Communication Hub : Serve as a central point of communication between the CEO, leadership, and staff to ensure alignment and transparency
Data-Driven Insights : Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to support decision-making
Meeting Coordination : Organize and facilitate executive meetings, track action items, and drive accountability
Special Projects : Lead high-priority initiatives and provide hands-on support for critical projects as directed by the CEO
Qualifications :
Education : MBA from an accredited institution is preferred
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in a Chief of Staff, operations, or senior management role, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods
Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency with Monday.com, Shopify, Amazon Central, and Excel / Google Sheets is essential
Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to inform strategic decisions
Leadership : Proven ability to lead teams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and inspire teams
